I definitly reccommend pre-ranking your players. It makes it much easier.

Use the league chatlog to do the draft and set it up so that you can pick up anyone at anytime.For example:

Dudew/#1pick--I'll take Hanley Ramirez. {Goes and picks up Hanley}
Dudew/#2pick--I'll take Jose Reyes. {Picks up Reyes}

Get it?

I'm the only one that can do the adds, but thats not a bad idea. You might need like a cheat sheet or something and a couple scribes who take all the picks down and send them to me. We pretty much have to have EVERYONE show up though.
