Who will have the hottest start this year? I found this question on Krylon's sports trivia contest at http://www.saveoursaturdays.com and I think it's a tough one- I posed this question on other boards, and I'm getting: Cubs, Dodgers, and Angels for the most part. I agree with the Angels prediction, I think they have a good core of veterans, plus some solid new additions (ie) abreu) to have a great April. What does everyone else think?

Well, since they beat my 2nd favorite team twice in a row (Tigers), they might have a chance. Also Rays are somewhat tied with the Tigers for my "favorite team" slot.

I can see that. If they were in a division like the NL West or the AL Central, I could definetely see them snagging a wild card spot (at least)

Probably not the Yankees without A-Rod and there recent bad April starts. Haha, the Orioles always have a great April and often lead the AL east the first month. I'd say the Dodgers, Rays, Mets or Cubs based on recent history.

Mets, and the phils have always had so-so starts the past couple years. The mets will just choke in sept, like they do every other year! :lol:

Ya, the Phillies have had a tough start (again). The Mets look promising though, as long as their starting rotation keeps it together, they might be the top dawgs at the end of the month.
