I was finishing what will probably be my last character for a while (an amazing C/3B/lf) when just before the final game the doc arrives. My character was already maxed out the only thing not 15 was fld and I had enough money to boost that. I figured what the heck see what happens. I went for strength and had a successful operation. He gave me tons of points I could not use and boosted power by 7 (my bat was a +4 with 1 bat wax) fld +1. I already had everything else. Since I did not need the points I played the game and did ok but reloaded as all I was playing for was to get another hitting course. I played many times more last night and eventually gave up. I guess he'll have to stick with the 6 hitting zones that he already had. I just wished that happened with one of my pitchers. When goodjob showed at the end with them I always failed and reloaded. I will post the character but the reason he will be my last for now is that I have 3 hitters that fill all the roles This guy is a C/3B/Lf another is a SS/2B/1B and the other is a CF/RF and since you can put more then one copy of a player on when you register I am done with hitters. I have 5 starting pitchers and will throw a few extra copies of them to end up with my team. Although, I highly doubt they will be playable as the salary will be insane. THe will be called the Rama Clone-Stars and will eventually be on wiki.

Yes, wouldn't have had to save/reload as much. But alas, he still turned out fine. Just a waste of a good dr goodjob.

wonder where the name for your team came from...
that does suck, though.

Same thing happened with the CF/RF/LF I finished two nights ago. I had absolutely everything maxed and was trying to finish quickly, working random jobs through the last couple of weeks. It was completely pointless so I declined.

Is there a way to get a hitter/fielder on the mound in MLBPP? I haven't figured it out yet. I know you can get a starting pitcher in the lineup by double-switching mid-game, but that's it I think.

You can keep a fielder on the mound by pinch hitting him i believe
