Sittch's is Hideo Nomo, just so you know.

Also of note, in 2008 when you repeatedly tap A/X, you not only lose stamina but you also lose control. In 2007 this did not happen. Because of this, I generally don't mash the button too much.

By the way, the shortest SET position (pitching with runners on base) goes to Dontrelle Willis, who uses a slide step. You barely have time to move the cursor to the right place before he throws it!

On-topic: K-Rod's is farily slow as well. Good to know about control.

It looks like Alvin's, but without the huge leg kick, and is an overhand delivery under the name H. Nomo. Alvin's is under 3 Quarters.

K-Rod's is slow? It's one of the fastest I've seen.

Yeah, I've just got obsessed with Life now, just after an obsession with Success and an obsession with Season before that.

Hmm, i wish they gave at least a few points here and there in life. I'm doing Mike's log and my other life guy, so i'm not looking at a lot of points anytime soon.
On-topic: I think that it should depend on your pen. If your pen is strong enough to go 3-4+ innings several games in a row quite often, you might want to use the boost more often. If your pitcher has good control, this can also play a part.

A 13 pitchers-12 fielders team would allow for that. That's why my first (and only) reliever has A STAM (I didn't try to; I just didn't have a lot to do since I got to the CTRL I wanted and the breaking balls I wanted, so I went to the steakhouse and got a huge boost).

Random Off-Topic fact:

In 2007 there were 2 relievers with A stamina: Brian Lawrence and Carl Pavano.

Off topic: Pavano shouldn't get an A in anything other than the stat called "Ability to steal $40 million from his team and personify the end of a dynasty"...

On topic: I tried this last night, it works as advertised but I'll never use it again. One of my only major gripes with MLBPP is that it's impossible to use a regular 5 man rotation because the starters don't recover fast enough. The last thing I need is something else hurting my starters stamina.

This is an excellent strategy when beating a friend in exibition, going all out. Not so good in season when you have to play all 162 games. (You all probably knew this, but i was just making it clear)
