9 weeks? i've known people to go out for like, 4 or 5 periods (5 periods @ 45 minutes/per that's...do your onw darn math :lol:) But yeah, i've never been out with anybody. I have one friend who is pretty hot, but she doesn't go to my school, and i haven't had the chance to talk to her in a while.
Exercise: i don't do a whole lot if exercise on my own, but our wrestling team does a lot of cardio stuff and muscular (push-ups, etc.) on alternating days. our coach is one the exercise science teacher, so i would assume he knows what he's doing. He says that your muscles need time to recover to grow stronger, so we run ad jump rope some days.
