Haha, I was going back on an old forum for some game I did a long time a go and saw this trivia thing on their version of chat. I found the idea a very interesting one, and I decided to try the same thing on here. So basically, I'm going to try to do a trivia for Power Pros in which users compete for prizes beyond their wildest dreams (my congratulations) by trying to earn more points then each other. I believe there was another attempt at trivia on the forums, but unfortunately it looked a little bit unorganized and there wasn't too much information. I'm going to try to make this structured as possible with a planned time for each triva(2 days+ notice), a set of rules, and a leader board. Since I'll get bored of doing this after 5 times, there will probably be 5 rounds. So, here are the rules.
Every question will be assigned a point value and a category. The point value will be determined based on difficulty on a scale of 1-5. If you get the question right, you gain X amount of points, with no penalty for getting it wrong. While I'm still debating the possibility, it is unlikely you will get to choose the category and amount of points (like Jeopardy). The categories will be something like: Success Mode 2007, Success Mode 2008, My Life, Season Mode, Baseball Trivia, Pawpuro Trivia (Japanese games), ect. Of course these are not set in stone, but they will be by the time I begin.
So, here is just a general example of a question:

Cownip: Question: 17-Category: Success Mode 2008-Points: 1
What is the doctor who randomly shows up in the park and offers to give you an operation which, if successful, gives you a huge stat boost?

MissMoo: Dr. Gibberish Gib
Milkman: Dr. Frankestine
Cowbell334: Dr. Goodjob
Cownip: Yes Cowbell334, the answer is Dr. Goodjob. Cowbell334 now has 9 points and is in third place behind MissMoo with 11 points.

My schedules pretty flexible and I'm willing to start when the time is best for anyone interested. If theres very little interest and only 2-3 people sign up, then I'll probably either postpone it or just realize its not going to work out and give up on it.
By the way, the reason the thread if called Cownip's Moo-Moo Fields is because I was playing around with the chat and realized I could make my own room, and named it this. This will be the name of the trivia room. Even if you don't sign up, you can still go in there and play, I would still like a list of users just to see if there is enough interest in this. So if you plan to go, please let me know.
List:
1. Dr.Mario
2. Mike91400
3. Longball 714
4.theppman
5. Sparkplug15
6. Lanceberkman
7. upperdeck
8. Apple
9.....
The time has been decided on thursday 7PM.

Hmmm, I have practice til 6:30ish.... Then it takes about half hour to get home.... It wouldn't work out. And if it ends early, I wouldn't want to come home and then go straight on the computer.

I'll see, but later then that would be a little hard on my part. Also at 8, is when the hopeful game 7 of the world series will start, although knowing fox's stupid hour pre-game shows, you never know.
