Is it just me or does the introduction (mlbpa, 2k8, etc.) before you can start playing seem to last a millenium? If any one knows a key combo to short-circuit it, please share.

While the backround music was pretty corny, i liked the 07 intro. The 08 is definitley better, though.

yeah, this intro is better choreographed, especially when the player's names come up.

I got it!
Play "Sweet Emotion" or "Dream On" by Aerosmith for the intro!
It's perfect!

That, and during games, play "Walk This Way" for a Base on Balls. (Also known as a, you guessed it, walk!)

well, if you could provide a 1:45 cut of each song I'd be glad to mix it

nah, you have to get the song and edit it using audacity or something, so it's even and only takes up that amount of time

EDIT: By even I mean it doesn't suddenly cut off; like an anime intro, it concludes, but they cut the music from different parts of the song.

Fight the Good Fight by Triumph if your team is down in the 9th!

Number of the Beast and/or Children of the Damned by Iron Maiden if your pitcher is throwing a perfect game!
