Your welcome. Remember, when they ask you to work, that doesn't count. The options should pop up:
Eat a hot dog.
Work at the Ducks'
Where's Patty?

Eat 1 hot dog, work once, and you'll get the RE.
You also need patty's meter about halfway, i think.
