It's what happens when you have a 1 man committee create all the data, instead of having a committee pull together all the research.

If they released the game when the show and 2k release their baseball games I wouldn't be doing any editing to the players except the young people whose arm strengths and run speed are wrong. But, since it's very far in the season I edit a ton of people to be better or worse.

A small reminder, an AVERAGE MLB player will have "D" stats on the A-G grade scale.

I finally got so tired of the completely ugly purple bar under peoples name, so I copied my data to another memory card(so I can still use the edits if I choose to) and restored everyone(thank god for that restore button at the top for each team). It still is a little annoying having some people just completely suck, but it is what it is.

Shane Victorino, F arm strength, he has one of the best arms in baseball, B. Also changed his skin to be darker, he's hawaiin, not white. Ryan Howard, how do strike out 210 times and not have tiemly whiff? also D contact and 237 power. Brett Myers, e stamina WTF! He's a STARTER! Changed to A. Couple other minor changes.

Brett Meyers is probably the same deal as Ryan Dempster they were oth closers last year. Also, I noticed that about Victorino I don't get why they have some of the skin colors just wrong I know most are based on ethniticity but I'd rather see the right skin tone rather than ethniticity.

Changed Gregor Blanco, Omar Infante, and Martin Prado to have a lot more contact, run speed, and Prado with some more power.

Changed Mike Gonzalez to a closer, faster top speed and better control.

I edit a lot, but I edit both rivals and my own team. I even edit some Red Sox like Elsbury. I edit the Yanks the most though (I know, a little unfair) but some players fielding is really underpowered (Melky). I gave Mariano Rivera intimidator and Joba Chamberlain good block (remember that amazing block he did to stop a run from coming in despite having bases loaded and no outs. Incrdible. He was a catcher in highschool apparently, so he knew how to block the plate!).

I remember that, that was cool.

understandable that these stats and abilities will be more or less inaccurate due to being based on last years' season especially for younger players/rookies. one i would change is ryan doumit. he hit .274 last year (around .320 this year) and they have his contact set at E!



manny's the most relaxed player in the game when at bat! i would hardly consider him a hothead. isn't that ability only for pitchers anyway?

I want to edit the players, but that stupid purple line is stopping me from...
