On topic: I honestly think Sittch gives it to you somehow because of how he has the ability in the last gme.

Good point, has anyone tried going back to sittch after lvl 7 training? You might get it.

I heard that after you get the orig pitch from Siitch and if you keep going to him for training, he gets tired and give you a legends of baseball book. But, has anyone tried this and beat Siitch on the last game when he goes to the galaxysharks. Maybe he'll give you Gyroball to make amends .

Yep, I didn't get the "Gyroball". And with 4 pitchers I did that.

If you win, you will not get gyro ball, but is there a sittch storyline in the game?

Hate to be mean and sorry to be off topic but this thread kind of remind me of "Where's Caylee".

this isn't about gyroball but about the siitch training, you don't need to keep going until he gets tired of you. Just go at the time when he is about to switch to the other team.

I'm not trying to pick a fight or anything here.. but after that last stunt you pulled in the previous thread, don't expect anyone to go easy on you because you obviously lost some "trust" points from the entire community..

So don't expect us to simply "forget" about your incident..

but Im not trying to shut you down or anything..

hey! all i'm saying is, you're welcome to help us out you know.. but for now.. please don't expect anyone to listen to you or go "buddy-buddy" on you.. because everyone's disappointed on you for getting our hopes up during the last thread.. you can make up for it someday if you manage to "honestly" find the gyroball..


Anyway, going back to the gyroball and sittch's training..

Im not sure about this but.. has anyone tried to NOT participate in sittch's training at all? and visit him only the week before he leaves? I know this advise sounds weird but.. maybe this is worth the experiment because every success mode character we had went through sittch's training... and it just went inside my mind.. what if me try to "go against" what we usually do in the past characters in success mode?

Back in 2007, i never knew there was a storyline that Alvin can stay on the team.. because i always pick willy's bat or become team captain for 11 characters that i never knew a storyline of Alvin staying or Dad's orig pitch in the game.. i only discovered it when i decided to change my routine..

maybe changing some of our usual routines in 2008 can help us get that gyroball?

What about the Black Dog? Sittch shows up in that, but not really having a position in it...

Anyway, I personally haven't seen the entire black dog arc but.. Did any of the scenes include your character running into a spin/ getting dizzy?

Because that's how we got the Gyroball in 2007.. (in a Roller coaster ride)

So maybe its the same concept here in 2008..

People here are working together to try and figure out some helpful tips on how to play the game, it doesnt help your rep one bit to have started a nearly 20 page thread about a coveted skill that you claimed to have known how to get, then you post 200 times with excuses when asked to prove it, finally proving only that you were lying in the first place.

If you really wanted to help, I think most people here agree that was not the way to go about it.
