Does anyone know if one can become better at these skills at higher levels? I haven't seen this anywhere else so I'm posting it here.

I'm in my 4th year at Level C. A lot of my skills are maxed out such as Fielding, Speed, and Bat Control. My batting contact is an A15 and my running has maxed out at a B (lead the league in steals with a B). I've stopped using the ankle weights and kinetic vision as a result of being told I've maxed out and peaked. I actually had a coach suggest I try practicing another skill during a team practice.

My guy is 36 now so the chances of him acquiring a lot of wealth are slim to none. I'm just seeing how good I can make him but I am always tired and getting injured if I do not rest. He's a Powerin junkie making just under $2 million now. I'll have to make a young rookie soon I suppose.

Batting A
Fielding A
Power D 107 (bah!)
Running B
Errors A

There is a difference between "maxed out" and "peaked." Once a skill has peaked it will never go any higher, it's just the ceiling for your guy. When a skill is "maxed out" it won't go up any more letter grades, but you can continue to improve within that letter grade (until you peak).

Here are the Max stats:
CON 15
POW 255
RUN SPD 15
ARM STR 15
FLD 15
E RES 15

Some abilities can go up to 5 or down to 1 too. 3 is average.

I thought he was referring to the rank information about max for a grade.

Most abilities are just 2-4, only one ability is 1-5 and another is only 2-3 (a VS. Lefty if I recall)
