I'm pretty sure you don't. I got more eval points when I went 4-4 and lost then I got when going 3-4 an winning.

ok. i just cleared success mode (FINALLY!), because i got a 2 RBI single. Gave me just enough.

Yes, eval points are based on your performance, and your performance only. (of course, it helps if the guys in front of you table-set).

Congrats on passing Success Mode. It took me ages to pass in 2007, in 2008 I knew better and passed the first time through :P
