Here's a rule that I've never brought up because it's never needed to be used. If a trade gets 5 'allow trade' votes, I can manually process the trade if both parties agree that it's okay to do so.

Technically, I could process any trade at any time for any reason, but this is a much more democratic way of doing it.

This gives people a reason to always vote on the trade instead of just ignoring them.
