b) Well, to quote DarkShade directly: "If any new accounts are made by current users, the new account will be deleted and the primary account owner will be temporarily banned from posting on the forums and the wiki." And he wrote this before MrKonami was made.
c) It was supposed to be moving

He said if you have a legit reason for a second account then you can stay. And I think this is a legit reason.

the fact of the matter is

there aren't many new members that are bound to join this site LoL so obviously any 'new members' that exhibit traits PARTICULARLY akin to one of you all (or posts rarely) will be SCRUTINIZED

I have a list of potential alts as well but I'm not going to share it because it's not necessary to share it

I'm not going to name them because if they're not alts, it would be awkward. But there are definitely signs, and if you think about it logically, I'm sure you can guess at least some of the people I find suspicious.
