I finally got a reply from Peter mentioning the scouting report on Bobby Crosby, here's what he came up with.

Peter Smith wrote:
At first glance, Crosby seems like a great player. However, if his bat control and error resistance don't show signs of improvement, he seems to be nothing more than a pinch runner/home-run specialist. Crosby plays both shortstop and first base well, but makes far too many errors to play either with much consistency. He is better suited as a DH or in the role mentioned above.

Three former MLB stars headed to NPB?
Today, Alex Rodriguez, Manny Ramirez, and Brandon Webb, all mentioned possibilities at going to the NPB in 2013. Manny hasn't had a good chance at playing in the MLB for awhile, A-Rod's career looks like it's about over, and Brandon Webb hasn't played baseball in awhile, at least in the MLB.

A-Rod mentioned having a conference with the Sapporo Bears owner, and Manny said he talked with the Kyoto Whalers owner.

Sorry readers, my PS3 was having some issues for a week or so, that's why this hasn't been updated. It's fixed now and I'm getting an update up right now.

Toshiro Ota's 2-R homer powers Bears past Fighters

Today, the third place Fighters and the fourth place Bears squared off in a great game. The
Pitching matchup was Saitoh vs. Yuki Hura. In the second inning, Toshiro Ota's blasted a 2-R HR off of Saitoh to make it 2-0 Bears. In the third, Ryosei Dan clobbered a two-run shot making it 4-0. The next inning, Masumi Kitoaji smashed an RBI double, making it 5-0 Bears. This did not stop the Fighters though, as the next half-inning, Terrmel Sledge bombed a solo homer, making it 5-1. In the fifth, Yamaguchi smashed a solo shot for the Bears extending their lead to 5. In the eight, in a turning point spot, Yoh smashed an RBI double to make it 6-2 to give the Fighters some solid momentum. The next batter, smoked a hard grounder in the 3-4 hole, but Kyoro Hakeyama made a beautiful diving stop to save the Bears. Sari Harnish came in in the 9th and shut the Fighters down, Bears win, 6-2.
