Has anyone here ever gotten an inside the parker? I almost did just now with my MLB Life guy. He was barely out on the slide into home plate.

I think it only works if you are prince fielder. No i have not had this happen. It wont let me advance because my guy always slides into 3rd.

I did use ichiro or some fast guy should work

I meant fast and my life guy did get an inside the park HR

That's how I got all 4 of my homers in early july (not in one month, in the year so far). I just missed a real home by an inch in chicago. I almost hit the cycle also by a triple. I was rounding second and made a stupid mistake in which I pressed the move back button twice thus stopping my character in mid space. I was shuffling back and forth as I so often do and would have gotten back with my guys speed. He has no power though, but with his speed close outs become singles, easy-medium singles become doubles, medium doubles become triples and close triples become ITPHR.

I've gotten one with one of my characters. I think it was my catcher, in Houston, hit it over the center fielders head and it rolled all the way to the wall, was rounding 3rd when the ball was barely going to get to the cut off. At the time, I think he had D speed or so.

I had the funniest thing happen in My Life Mode. On my first year my guy doubled and then Mark DeRosa went to bat. He hit a single up the middle and then I am trying for home. I score and the catcher throws it to second because Mark Desroa was trying for a double. The catcher overthrows the second baseman and since the centerfielder was close to second base, it went over his head and Mark DeRosa came all the way to score.

this is irrevelant to MLBPP's but i was playing against my girlfriends little brother in MVP Baseball 07 or something like that, the college game, and i ended up having an inside the park grand slam hahahaha im dead serious, i didn't know how to run and the only button i knew was advance all runners, so i hit over the centerfields head so third came home easily then my second base runner was going home so he tried to throw home and my guy just beat the throw so he throws to third and my guy beats him so he threw to 2nd and my guy beat the throw, as i kept holding the advance all runners button my 3rd base runner ran home and he beat the throw then he threw to third but it was a wild throw so he ran home and i got a inside the park grand slam hahahahahahahaha i couldn't stop laughing

Was the kid really young? Did he get all mad at you? Or did he just laugh along? What your girlfriend say? Sorry for all the questions

technically that isn't a grand slam. Its a double with errors and fielder choices.

I've only gotten one that I can remember, in a game @ Panpaka. I don't even remember the player, just that it was a speedy guy with no power and the outfield was playing in. He hit a liner out near the lucky pocket and was able to beat the relay home.

I have done a couple in the spring training fields.

The only stadium I've ever had luck hitting an inside the parker is Minute Maid.

Just hit one in life in Fenway into center.

this was 2 years ago so he was 12-13 i believe he was laughing with me, and my girlfriend doesn't like video games cuz it takes away from her, so thats why i play them a lot haha




yeah i know it wasn't TECHNICALLY one but it was still wicked funny hahahaha
