Since it's been over a year now since I became Community Manager of this forum, I was figuring that I wanted some opinions on how I was doing, and any suggestions on how to improve. I'll put up a poll for a potential "letter grade" for my work, and this thread can be open to comments about how I'm doing as your CM. And you can be honest about it; I can take criticism if it's dished out.

So, what do you think?

I think you've done fine in the short time I've been here, I could probably think of stuff that could be worked on but that's mostly minor.

I pretty much try to keep the forum in check for the most part. Other than that, I have all the other abilities of a moderator (now with spambot-bannin' powers!)
