its ok. at least you've completed success mode. I would have gotten to AAA last time, but I got injured, my scout's eval went down by three, and that was the difference.

Success Mode is easy when you get the hang of it. I've crated 9 characters on Success Mode and most of them have a lot of "A" stats.. I failed twice. :D

Winning the world series nets you the most fans I'm not sure how many exactly but it's a lot. Win a bunch like Wyl and you'll be at 1 mil in no time. You get 1k for every player of the week award and 10k for every player of the month award.
