I got screwjobbed again.. Literally right before the final game.. I've now had about 9-10 consecutive failed procedures since succeeding on the very first time I ran into him. (when my character wasn't very good anyways since I didn't know what I was doing.) Yet I can't stop trying... :)

Is everyone having luck finding Goodjob before the final game?

I have yet to see him on this day. I've never reloaded for it because you would have to reset the system every time, but I have made several characters.

I've had one time where he appeared on the final day before the last game. I lucked out and got a successful goodjob that time, but overall my goodjob/badjob record is only 2/5, and only once have I ever seen him on that final week of the season.

But from all the people saying they find him at this point, I would guess that hes got a higher % to show up on certain weeks then others, the final week being one of them.

It might be helpful if we started logging when exactly we are getting him to appear, since I suspect theres certain weeks where he is more likely to show. Next time I see him ill log the week/year and make a few S/L attempts if I get badjobbed to see if I can get him to show again.

I'm also curious whether going to certain locations makes him more likely to show up. Inotice that he rarely (if ever) has showed up for me after I do a Jaw job for instance. And I cant recall ever seeing him after a practice week either... anyone seen him after either doing a Jaw job or practicing? I might just be missing him by bad luck on these weeks, but it might also be a pattern if its this way for everyone.

Goodjob can be such a powerful RE, I think some more logging and tracking of info of when he shows and where is needed so we can maximize the chances to see him at least once per success season.

I think I got him on the week or two after meeting Bison. But I took the light surgery because I did not want to get Screw-jobbed.

Warning:
If you choose "nothing in particular" you do not get anything from Dr. Goodjob.

(I was making a player that I didn't want maxed out so I tried it out.)

I got Dr. Goodjob early. Right after meeting Bison (like Timmy said) sounds about right.

Now that you mention it, I've NEVER had a visit from Goodjob after doing a job for jaw. I'm still skeptical about this theory though.
