2013 and not sliding headfirst.

Personally, I don't like sliding headfirst unless I'm going back to the bag. I only go headfirst if the pitcher throws over.

Huh, I do it, even though it supposedly slows you down, beaten many-a-play by doing that, I did bang my cheek and had a bruise there for a bit when I screwed up on it one time.

I don't see why head first slides would be any slower than sliding the other way.

i don't like sliding head first when stealing because i get a poop load of sand in my pants, and stays there for the entire game which is uncomfortable

That he is. Still playing good defense and apparently .300 average to this point. Hitting really good vs us this series.

Tomorrow (and going into Tuesday), I plan on watching every Harry Potter movie in a row.

The important question is which do I watch, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, or Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone? For some reason we have both around here.

Pretty sure I'll just watch the Philosopher's Stone version, since that's the book I read, and it just sounds better.

I swear the Cubs just invent new ways to lose sometimes.

Cubs are still better than the Brewers... that's sad.

It was going back and forth the whole time. Shawn Camp's the one that gave up the tying and go-ahead runs.

Have you seen them before?

My favorite is probably the third, the sixth and the final one.

But I watched the third at least 20 times one summer when I was in second grade.

I've seen them all before, but never all at once.

I think my least favorite was the 6th one, I can't really point out favorites because I haven't watched any except the 5th one recently, so I don't remember most of them in great detail. Although I re-read the first four books (planned to read them all again, didn't have nearly enough time) leading up to it which reminded me of things that were and weren't in the movie.
