Doing a fantasy draft with the Tigers in my MLB 2K12 game, and I'm trying to choose between these 5 guys for my first-round pick:

-Ryan Braun (98 overall)
-Carlos Gonzalez (96)
-Clayton Kershaw (94)
-Mike Trout (96)
-Stephen Strasburg (91)

Verlander, Cabrera, McCutchen, Hamilton, Posey, Hernandez, and Tulo have already been drafted. Who should I get?

2/D8/E98/C11/C10/B12/F5 Table Setter, Base Running4, Pivot Man, Error Prone, Patient Hitter, Aggressive Steal, Aggressive Run, Aggressive Fielding?

I honestly don't expect there to be 90+ overall young pitchers in the 2nd round...they go pretty quick! :lol:

I'll get Trout, I guess. I'm kinda turned off by his 79 CON and 86 PWR, but I am intrigued by his 96 speed, so I'll go with him.

LATER: And the next pick, I guess 88 overall Wade Miley would be it...I told you the young pitchers go fast!

Hey, whatever works! I always try to fill out my pitching staff quick, though, since I put precedence on that in those types of modes... haha, guess that's the Giants fan in me, maybe? :mrgreen:

Correa signed with the Tigers in my '07 season mode with 2012 rosters. The Rangers won the WS and I was the A's going 72-90 imy first year. In 2013 though I'm doing really well, I'm 21-15 leading the division right now. The Giants offered me Panda for Jordan Zimmermann it was funny. So Panda is starting at third for me with my success cathcer at C, Overbay is at first, Ryan Roberts is at second, Pennington at short, Reddick in right, Cespedes in center, and Crisp in left. Pretty good starting lineup for me.

The CPU stupidly offered me Overbay, Ryan Roberts, and David Hernandez for Jemile Weeks last year who was hitting .170 at the time.

I can't really assign them because no one wants the success players. Its always a one star trade when I try to trade them for a point. In other news, Brandon McCarthy cannot pitch for me.

He always puts up a 6+ ERA.

Sorry about DP, but you guys really need to see this horrible trade logic by the CPU. The Brewers offer Yovani Gallardo (95 BA 4SLD 5CB 2CHG) and Shaun Marcum (90 CA 3SLD 2CUT 1CB 4CHG 2SNK) for 3B Eric Sogard (2DECEDD). :shock:

I obviously accepted with my weakling rotation.

Also, the Angels traded Giancarlo Stanton to the Tigers for Austin Jackson. In 2012 Stanton was traded to the Angels by Miami.
