Because of the lack of energy I have I am making this a short update, but it is a very important one.

This was a very good game for the Dogs. Dark Shade went 3-3 with two homers, and Liam pitched a no-hitter. It would've been a perfect game if Billy Hamilton didn't have a throwing error.

Anyway Liam when you ordered '11 did you get an email back saying it wouldn't work on US systems? Because I just got an email when I ordered '12 that said it won't work on American systems. But PS3s aren't region locked. Are they?

Today the Dogs are playing another against the Marines. The Dogs are putting Santana on the mound to face rookie pitcher Jahomi. The Dogs are feeling good since it is a brand new pitcher making his debut. They are going to try and take some advantage. Lets see what they have to say about the situation.

Media: Are you guys going to be swinging at everything today, or are you going to be choosing your pitch accordingly?

Manager Bill Fister: Well I am going to give them the green light, but it is really up to the player.

Dark Shade: Swingin' at everything.

Well lets see if swinging at everything is going to pay off.

This game was pretty much the definition of a rookie pitcher. Like we talked about before the game, the Dogs were swinging at everything. Dark Shade started it off with a homer in the first. Then in the second Prince Fielder got a homer. In the fifth Hashimoto got a homer. Stanton got a homer in the eighth. Beast got his first homer of the year in the eighth. Everyone was hacking. Final score was 12-0 Dogs. They ended up with 21 hits.

Everybody had a good game today, but these guys stuck out just a bit more than the others. Santana pitched a complete game shutout, striking out 8, and Dark Shade got the first runs in the 1st. He ended up going 4-5, HR, 2 RBI, 3B. Lets see what they have to say.

Media: Santana, what was your approach coming into the game, knowing you are facing a rookie?

Santana: Well, I knew my team was going to put up runs, so I just threw strikes, and they missed it.

Media: Dark Shade, did you swing at everything, like you said you were going to, and what do you think about your 15th homer?

Dark Shade: Well, yes I was swinging at everything, and my 15th homer, well I didn't think I got all of it. It just cleared the wall. I was running like I was going to get a triple, but then it left the fence. I think it had something to do with the wind.

Well there you have it. It was a great game, against a rookie on the worst team. Can't get much better for the Dogs.

Today the Dogs are starting another series against the Fighters. The Dogs are putting AgentP on the mound to face Wolfe. The last time the Dogs faced Wolfe, the Fighters won 4-3. Lets hope that doesn't happen this time. Carr is making his debut today, after he replaced Stanton. Stanton supposedly got injured, but they are not sure how. The manager for the Dogs, Bill Fister, has disappeared off the face of the earth. Somebody named Richard Goodjob has taken his place. Lets see how this will go.
