I'd like to point out that there are 12 people lower in the standings than someone who probably knows the least about the NFL out of all of the competitors.

Feels good man

I think you might know more than Zumi, I think...

Also, with regards to the standings, I'm glad I still have a very good chance. I just need my "Mac -1" plan to work out and I'll be in serious contention come December

Sorry, but that honor would have to go to me.

I just have to pick the right teams week in and week out and I'll be in serious contention come December.

Was actually looking pretty good before last week erased the progress made in the previous 2 weeks. Just gotta avoid a slip-up like that and stay a little ahead of the pack each time, if not just explode with awesomeness one week and stay with the group the other times. I dunno, we'll see.

Yeah, I can contend too, if I make the right picks.

*facepalm*

He's only two games behind the next guys up, for one. And two, Zumi managed to rise from second to last to being right in the thick of things, and DTigers went from 12th to a tie for 6th. A couple good weeks in a row and he could have as much a chance as you.

Everyone keeps friggin' hating on him. In previous seasons we'd joke Zumi, but that was all in jest. This is just being condescending to Zero. Cut it out, guys.

Well, it's 6 weeks in and he's still under .500 and 11 games back. Sure, can he win? Yeah. But he needs not only some good weeks, but some bad weeks from the top guys. I think that last part was what Annthoy meant when he said "except Zero"

Exactly my point. The guys like me, who are in the middle of the pack (tied for 6th), Can have good weeks, and as long as we have a slightly better week than the leaders, we can catch up. Zero would have to be extremely lucky.

I wouldn't have to be extremely lucky. The upset weeks miserably screwed me up and then when I try to pick an upset correctly I fail epicly.

If it wasn't for Week 6 being so terrible for everyone he'd be over .500 too, he had tied for the best record in Week 5 (with me and Mac, our leader atm), and he's still keeping pace with everyone at the very least (bit of a bad week for #4, but I feel like he mighta learned from that a bit). I mean, chances are he's staying at the bottom of the pack, but condescension and the thought that speculation = truth is not only wrong, but it might rain some bad karma down on ya for your picks.

And again, look at DTigers and Zumi. They went from being at the bottom to in contention in the span of 3 weeks, PPFan did pretty solidly, and two guys that were right in the middle of the pack are now right near the bottom. You guys are acting like he needs all the luck in the world to even contend.

EDIT: See, he's self-aware about this. Also, the upset weeks just make everything absolutely screwy, so there's no telling what could happen in the next few weeks, if they reign supreme again or if it ends up like Weeks 4 and 5.
