I actually like my MLB 2K12 game on my PC. Pretty good baseball thing...but of course, 2K had to have some curious programming decisions, kinda like this:

So, lately, my game has been frozen at the title screen, for no apparent reason. It gets done loading the save files, and what it should do after that is go straight to the main menu. But, nope, it stays right there. So, yesterday, I was trying to find a solution to this problem. My first thought was restarting the computer, so I did that a few times, and it didn't work. My next thought was doing a system restore back to the last date that it worked. For some reason, I got a BSOD during the process, so that didn't work. Plan C was then doing a fresh install of the game. I did so (and losing my modifications on the game), and STILL it didn't work. So, my Plan D was to google the situation. Turns out, the problem is with its "MLB Today" feature, which shows you what REGULAR SEASON games are going on that day. Not the postseason.

The solution to this, you may ask? Changing your system time back to a date before the postseason. Yeah, that's stupid and crazy, and I''m not expecting it to get fixed.

I was bored, so I looked though at when the top posters joined (From S-Jax to catcher51) and noticed that 22 of them (88%) joined in either the Spring or Summer (March-August). I knew that's when most people joined, but I didn't know it'd be that many!

Well I just read something interesting.

Wow, in 2012 ST in my Season, the D'Backs and Yankees essentially swapped Justin Upton and Aaron Hill for Cano and Brett Gardner.

One team upgrades at OF while the other upgrades at 2B. Pretty even if you ask me.
