Sorry for delay yesterday. I'm expecting this log to move as fast as the NFL season, I'll have week 3 done tomorrow, and week 4 done next week sometime probably. Titans Broncos will be tonight though,

NFL Week 3 | Sunday Morning Football

Denver Broncos (1-1) @ Tennessee Titans (1-1)


This morning's game was a pretty good one. In the first, Knowshon Moreno scored a 2-yd TD run to make it 7-0 Broncos. In the second, Kenny Britt caught an 11-yd TD pass from Jake Locker to tie it 7-7. In the third, Willis McGahee ran a 1-yd TD run for the Broncos to make it 14-7. Later in the third, Matt Prater nailed a 20-yd field goal to make it 17-7 Broncos. In the fourth, Matt Prater made a 51-yd bomb to make it 20-7 Broncos. Prater nailed a 48-yarder with 1:07 to go in the fourth for the Broncos to make it 23-7 Broncos. Then Marc Mariani caught a 37-yd TD pass from Jake Locker to make it 23-14 Broncos. That effort was not enough as the Broncos took down the Titans 23-14.

I don't know what happened but when I checked the stats it didn't show anything for Kenny Britt but I knew he caught a TD pass. ?

Green Bay Packers (1-1) @ Chicago Bears (1-1)

This afternoon's game was a big rivalry game. In the first, Jermichael Finley caught a 1-yd TD pass from Aaron Rodgers to make it 7-0 Packers. In the second, Greg Jennings caught a 5-yd TD pass from Chad Henne. In the third, Robbie Gould kicked a 35-yd field goal to make it 14-3 Packers. Later in the third, Greg Jennings caught a 28-yd TD pass from Chad Henne to make it 21-3 Packers. At the end of the third, Dane Sanzenbacher caught a 2-yd TD pass and the Bears converted for two to make it 21-11. The Packers finished off the game 21-11.

Tonight's Sunday night game was a nail biter. In the first, Shaun Suisham nailed a 41-yarder for the Steelers to make it 3-0 Steelers. Later in the first, Reggie Wayne caught a 13-yd TD pass from Peyton Manning to make it 7-3 Colts. In the second, Joseph Addai broke a long 92-yd TD run to make it 14-3 Colts. Later, Jerricho Cotchery got a 98-yd kick return TD to make it 14-10 Colts. Shaun Suisham made a 21-yd field goal to close the first half. Colts 14- Steelers 13. In the third Ben Roethlisberger and Mike Wallace connected on a 2-yd YD pass to but the 2-pt conversion failed to make it 19-14 Steelers. Later in the third, Donald Brown broke open an 85-yd TD run and the 2 pointer was failed. Score, Colts 20 Steelers 19. In the fourth, Adam Vinatieri made a 43-yd field goal to make it 23-19 Colts. Shaun Suisham made another 41-yd field goal to make it 23-22 Colts. Later, Anthony Gonzalez caught a 16-yd TD pass from Peyton Manning to make it 30-22. With 1:35 to go, Hines Ward caught a 9-yd TD pass from Big Ben to make it 30-28. The Steelers went for two but failed. Final 30-28 Colts.

Skittles, I turned QB auto-subs way down but I think it somewhat has to do with the rating of the QBs. 81 overall backup for the Packers. I think that might be why Henne is playing so much.

Looks like the Steelers are having a rough year.

NFL Week 3 | Monday Night Football

Washington Redskins (1-1) @ Dallas Cowboys (1-1)

Tonight's game was pretty interesting. In the first quarter, Dan Bailey nailed a 29-yd field goal to make it 3-0 Cowboys. In the second, Dan Bailey made a 30-yd field goal to make it 6-0 Cowboys. Later in the second, DeMarco Murray scored the first TD of the night on a 1-yd run. 13-0 Cowboys. With 10 seconds to go in the first half, Graham Gano made a 36-yd field goal to put the Redskins on the board, 13-3 Cowboys. In the third, Graham Gano made a 27-yarder. The Redskins were in reach at 13-6. In the fourth, with 4 minutes left Dan Bailey made a 52-yd field goal to seal the deal. 16-6 Cowboys.
