It's not that the Raiders were overly good, it's that the Dolphins are terrible. So it's a minor upset. Now, Cardinals over Pats? Redskins over Saints in the scope of pre-Week 1? Those are major upsets there.

Rams over Redskins is somewhere between those, I'd say. :P
