You said you were thinking of making a new channel. Why not make a new channel for Let's Plays or for MLB Power Pros stuff only, and then your original channel for other stuff

Back to what you're saying originally in the post above mine. I'll see if my interpretation of it is correct: You're basically saying to make a new channel for all my LP's, which would require moving a TON of videos over there, and then keeping the current one I have now for random stuff. Correct?

Yeah, I have the majority of my old videos still on my computer, but I think I got rid of most of the old Mario Super Sluggers videos, and that's a bit of a piece of the channel.

I don't really understand why the guy wouldn't take the claim off after you explained. What does it do for him?

Well, I actually used 2 "commercials" of his, so he's kinda pissed off at me.

I assume he wasn't the one pissed, and it was his "people" (assuming he has any) But what does he have to lose because some kid with under 150 views used his video, yet still gave his credit in the description?

His argument is: copyright infringement is copyright infringement, no matter how many views or how much credit is given.

Is that what he said?

Well, what he said is (and I'm paraphrasing, since I've since deleted the message): "You've stolen two of my videos now. Explain to me how you think that is right."

The thing I said earlier was my interpretation of that message he sent me last night.

If you really like making the "broadcasts" you could make a side-account (ex. DNKPowerPros or something) and put them there

Also, curse him out! See how many swears you can use in a row!

Well, if I do do that, it'll be a while until I do broadcasts, since I would need to earn my way to 15+ minute vids with that account. Maybe continue my Power Pros LP there, perhaps?

And I would never do such a thing. He's dealt with people like that before, and I don't want to be another one. It's not in my nature.

Though I'm still friends with him on Facebook...if I ever meet him at a convention or something, I'll use my real name instead of my screen name.
