So true on the Rays. Seems like every time I see a no-hitter it's against the Rays.

Not to take anything away from your research, but that's kinda how its always went. You're never gonna see a perfect game against the Yanks or Sox because their offense is too good and can beat you so many different ways. Most teams who get no-hit are the ones with one-dimensional offenses who lack firepower

The yanks got combined no hit by the stros in 03 I think? Does that count?

It's more of an observation. I'm well aware of how it goes, though I'd like to point out that the 2004 Braves were a very good offensive team despite Randy Johnson having thrown a perfecto against them.

But Randy Johnson already killed you when he looked at you, and admit it... A big bird of a man who throws 100 and has a slider than can break your ankle can do that

It depends on the pitcher as well, and injuries.

And motivation, if Pujols, Trumbo, and Trout all have purple motivation, a pitcher like King Felix or Verlander could easily no-hit them.

No-hitters and perfect games are almost all luck and it really doesn't matter who it is against.

I have to go to bed at 10:00, fall asleep around 11:00, and am usually up at 8:00.

THE OTHER DAY AT FOOTBALL PRACTICE:
