Something I wanted to say: I kind of figured we would skip the whole nominating process and just consider everyone nominated for everything. We have a small enough number of people to do so and just vote.

Why have an award if the winner is decided before there were even any nominations?

And what exactly is the award supposed to be for? "Lifetime Achievement", what do you know about what he's achieved in his lifetime? You know he made the forum, and that's about all you would know about him.
