I keep on trying sucess mode , but i always get fired! I always win the scout batting test, but can't get him to like me ENOUGH.

Whats the best class, and are pitchers easier?

Please any tips to help me create a player that i can use are welcome!

Thanks!

Well, how you do in games affects your scout eval. I'm guessing you didn't do so well in the games and you didn't get enough scout eval points to go on to AAA. You can see your scout eval by going to the data menu and it will show how much more you need to go on to AAA and the same thing for winning the game after you finish year 2.

Always practice on the 4th week, save your points for those days.

Practicing where the coach can see you will get you more coach eval.

Well, you only really need coach eval to be a starter. You can probably get enough coach eval in year one, you won't need to practice when the coach is watching in year two.

A culmination of all the tips above combined with mine = 100% guarantee of succeeding. This is the slacker's way out, but it works.

1. If not Week 4, train when coaches are present as noted by a picture of a guy with a hat by your character.
2. Train on Week 4 regardless if a coach is present or not.
3. Buy Candy, lots of them. Once your vitality is all gone, eat one piece of candy and keep training, you never need to eat more than one piece of candy at any given time.
4. PLAY WELL AT GAMES. This is a big one.
5. Buy a Prince's Necklace as soon as you can. You get marginally more eval points.

You should be ok as long as you follow these steps.

All you need is Prince Necklace and pratice when the coach is watching. There's almost no way to fail.

the 1 piece of candy simply gets the chance of injury % down from 99% to something else, which makes for a more sane reloading session. You obviously don't HAVE to, but I'd rather not reload for that 1% opportunity (everyone that's been around knows I have the worst luck here).

Just try to buy as many Prince's Necklaces as you can. I usually buy at least 4 of them per player. And buy as much fragrance as you can.

only practice when you see a coach at practice or on the fourth week.
otherwise, you can go through RE's such as Lucy's, patty's, or sittch's.

I hardly ever practice when the coach is there. I always practice what I need when I need it. I do like to practice on week 4 to increase my experience points. My key to getting the coach eval up is to play extremely well in the games. I pretty much have the coach's eval high enough at the end of year one to start year two, and I have the scouts eval high enough to pass year 1 before the test at the end of the year. I usually save the week before the game, so I can re-load if I don't at least receive 5 coach and 10 scout points.

I usually buy the goggles; therefore, improve my chances during pitching or hitting. I also build up stamina or power first, so that my chance to pitch more innings or hit homeruns and knock in RBI's increase. The key to high points during a game is strikeouts and RBI's.

I have played once all the way through without re-loading and did quite well: Jimmy Monroe, so it is not impossible to do it without re-loading.

I never buy the fragrances or the princes necklace. I think these are a waste of money.
