I make them look as close as possible to non-hero form. Example: Iron Man looks like Robert Downy Jr.

I would say, keep them all Marvel characters, whether you make them or not.

I'm running out of well-known heroes. Just thought I could make the pros as Marvel characters and use password characters as the minors for back-up. We could also train them as sidekicks.
