This is a Random Event found in Success Mode. The event will sometimes be a fate card event, and other times it will play out without any decision to be made on the player's part. Depending on the result it will affect your character in various ways.
Summary
Robin is talking on the phone. He is trying to make a decision but is having trouble so he phoned his brother Robert. He then tells you that they're giving away free Powerin. You go to the store only to find that there's only 1 left. Do you rush to get it?
