Time for LM117 Picks with Captions! (Copyright 2011 LM117)

Lions @ Cowboys: Lions (Lions are on a roll, no one is going to stop them any time soon, particularly a Ryan brother :P )
Saints @ Jaguars: Saints (Duh? Pick of the Week (Copyright Sjax 2011)
Titans @ Browns: Browns (I gotta feeling with this game, Colt McCoy is going to be a great QB)
Bills @ Bengals: Bills (Haha, let's go Harvard Grad!)
Redskins @ Rams: Rams (Redskins coming off loss on road, going to second away game in a row, relying on a 'Bad Rex" day :P )
49ers @ Eagles: Eagles (Kaka, please do well. Please)
Vikings @ Chiefs: Vikings (Chiefs stink too bad to make this debatable. McNabb will win this game. Our sites characters team ('Chief' See what I did there? haha  ) is failing this year)
Steelers @ Texans: Steelers (Steelers too tough and physical for the Texans.)
Panthers @ Bears: Bears (Newton's first real road test, which I believe he'll fail miserably. Yes, I'm still bitter as a Gamecock fan. $cam Newton forever  )
Falcons @ Seahawks: Falcons (Just over matched here for the Seahawks)
Giants @ Cardinals: Giants (Giants are surging, they'll win this game)
Broncos @ Packers: Packers (Umm, this should be fun for Rodgers and company (Happy? Spelling Nazis?)
Patriots @ Raiders: Raiders (UPSET SPECIAL!!!!!!!!! Raiders are confident after upset over Jets, Pats lost self-esteem in loss to Bills at home)
Dolphins @ Chargers: Chargers (I want to say there are a ton of Duh picks this week. Pack v. Broncs, Bills @ Bengals, Saints @ Jags etc.)
Jets @ Ravens: Ravens (Home team better not screw me over like the Pats again)
Colts @ Buccaneers: Buccaneers (Bucs are also surging (Feel bad for the Panthers) Colts are awful without Peyton, like I said Sjax :P )

Lions @ Cowboys: Lions (Yes We Can! :P )
Saints @ Jaguars: Saints (Duh pick of the week. And this time it'll actually be correct.)
Titans @ Browns: Titans (Hasselbeck to Britt is looking goooood this season. Also, stop obsessing over Colt, people. )
Bills @ Bengals: Bills (I am on the Bills bandwagon this season. Just cuz. Bills-Lions Super Bowl, let's go! 8) )
Redskins @ Rams: Rams (This is without bias. Like all my Rams picks. Seriously.)
---Also, I get/got to watch my Rams on TV the first 4 weeks of the season. Then we might get one more game, then Monday Night against SEA, then it's "screw you" to us until we make the playoffs. And get whooped.
49ers @ Eagles: Eagles (Overhyped? Maybe so. Able to beat any NFC West team? No duh.)
Vikings @ Chiefs: Chiefs (I'd rather listen to a Lady Gaga album straight through than watch this crapfest. Ok, maybe not. But you get the point.) CHANGED JUST BEFORE.
Steelers @ Texans: Texans (Their offense will run over the Steelers quite hard. And somebody big on the Steelers will get injured, to some extent <-------Bold-ish prediction of the week)
Panthers @ Bears: Panthers (Bears'll end up pulling this out just to spite me, but I think Newton can do well against this aging (I think :P ) defense)
Falcons @ Seahawks: Falcons (Great, title-contending team vs. NFC West team. Hmm, I wonder who wins.)
Giants @ Cardinals: Gigantes (power pros reference for the win. Also, see previous comment.)
Broncos @ Packers: Packers (This is a close second for Duh pick of the week.)
Patriots @ Raiders: Patriots (Raiders send it into OT, but much to my chagrin lose on a stupid error.)
Dolphins @ Chargers: Chargers (Dolphins not only aren't very good, they've got THREE good teams in the division to contend with this year. pick #2 in the draft.)
Jets @ Ravens: Ravens (Best game of the week. The Jets will be reeling a bit after their loss to the Raiders (who got revenge for the Sanchez hot dog incident  ) and the Ravens just beat the crap outta my Rams. Wonder who has the momentum. Still, Jets keep it close until the 4th quarter starts.)
Colts @ Buccaneers: Buccaneers (Josh Freeman will finally break out for the season, and his pickup in performance could carry the Bucs faaaaaar. And for the record, Colts have had a pretty tough opening schedule, and only lost last week by way of a last-second FG. Wait until they play KC next week.)

--------

LM, it's spelled "Copyright." Way to go.
Thanks for noting my copyright on Duh pick, though.

D-tigers picks... now with captions©!

Lions @ Cowboys: Lions (Even if I didn't think they'd win... which they will.)
Saints @ Jaguars: Saints (Duh pick of the week©)
Titans @ Browns: Titans (I agree with sjax, Hasselbeck to Britt is looking fantastic.)
Bills @ Bengals: Bills (4-0? 4-0.)
Redskins @ Rams: Rams (Just for you, sjax.)
49ers @ Eagles: Eagles (Despite Vick being out, Gore is the main staple of the San Francisco offense, and he's been struggling.)
Vikings @ Chiefs: Vikings (Chiefs aren't actually quite as bad as they've shown, while the Vikings are basically the new Lions i.e. outscored 67-6 in the 2nd half this season.)
Steelers @ Texans: Steelers (I don't actually have anything to say here.)
Panthers @ Bears: Bears (DA Bears.)
Falcons @ Seahawks: Falcons (Please, Michael Turner. More than 20 yards this week?)
Giants @ Cardinals: Giants (I agree with mac. The Cardinals suck.)
Broncos @ Packers: Packers (If this was in Denver, it'd be my upset pick.)
Patriots @ Raiders: Patriots (Not even four Darren McFadden's can upset the Patriots for the second week in a row.)
Dolphins @ Chargers: Chargers (Ooh, tough one.)
Jets @ Ravens: Jets (Flacco struggles against good pass defenses, and that's what the Jets have.)
Colts @ Buccaneers: Buccaneers (Colts - Peyton Manning = Awful)

I started a trend, with the comments after the picks.

Should charge a quarter for every comment (over, say, two) you guys make on your picks, as royalties or whatever. :P

Captions©? OK.

Lions @ Cowboys: Lions (Because yay.)
Saints @ Jaguars: Saints (Hooray for "Duh pick of the week"©)
Titans @ Browns: Titans (I googled the odds and Tennessee came on top... barely.)
Bills @ Bengals: Bills (OK)
Redskins @ Rams: Rams (I think Sjax is subconsciously turning me into a Ram's fan.)
49ers @ Eagles: 49ers (Eeny Meeny Miney Moe...)
Vikings @ Chiefs: Vikings (Vikings are hot, aren't they?)
Steelers @ Texans: Steelers (The Steelers... are the Steelers.)
Panthers @ Bears: Bears (BLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIND FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAITH)
Falcons @ Seahawks: Seahawks (I will laugh at all of you if I actually get this right)
Giants @ Cardinals: Giants (Giants are hot too... RIGHT?!?)
Broncos @ Packers: Broncos (MOAR BLIND FAITH (anti-faith?)!)
Patriots @ Raiders: Patriots (The Pats are the Yankees of Football. Therefore, they win by default.)
Dolphins @ Chargers: Chargers (I quoted this from dtigers, so I just left this the way he had it.)
Jets @ Ravens: Jets (I'm pretty sure the Jets are good too.)
Colts @ Buccaneers: Buccaneers (The Colts lost Peyton, and I think the Bucs have something like the Lions' thing going.)

*Comments are used under fair use. In other words: SUCK IT, SJAX! YOU CAN'T SUE ME!As if you were going to in the first place

I do believe you were first, but I did it the same week, so I request no charge, since I noted your copyright on the "Duh Pick of the Week"

Anyway, since you always respond to a few of my picks, I thought I'd return the Favor  .

Fine, fine. As long as you don't infringe on other popular sayings of mine or the like.
1. Naw, Titans have it. They beat the Ravens, they can beat the Browns.
3. Because my bold-ish prediction is A. The Texans winning and B. Someone good on the Steelers will get injured.
Also, the Bears have a below-average pass defense (good for Newton), while Carolina's is pretty decent (and the Bears seem intent on passing the vast majority of their plays).
4. I did. Because I'm awesome.
5. Wait, I made a pirate pun?
Ninjas > pirates.

Also, I just found something that goes against one of my picks' comments. Staying with the pick, but... I ain't saying what. :P

Standings:

Dishnetkid: 42-21 (13-3) (prev: T2)
BrewersFuzz: 42-21 (13-3) (prev: T2)

LightningMan117: 41-22 (9-7) (prev: 1)

HitAndRun: 38-25 (10-6) (prev: T4)
redsox4444: 38-25 (10-6) (prev: T4)

Detroittigers15: 37-26 (10-6) (prev: 7)
Maccrash21: 37-26 (12-4) (prev: 8)

Zumikaku: 32-31 (9-7) (prev: 9)
Redsfan: 32-31 (11-5) (prev: 10)

------------
What'd I tell ya last week? Ladies and gents, we have a new leader. Two, actually. LM ties with Zumi for the worst round of the week (although really, Zumi's was a tad worse. Broncos over packers... LOL. *shot*). Dishnet and Brewers were within striking distance last week, and with the best records of the week they're sharing the top. LM is still just 1 game back, though, with me 1 GB of him. And with 4 more within 5 games, it's even TIGHTER now.

Good luck to all for next week, and remember: zag when everyone else zigs... unless it kills your chances of winning.

Also, Bills losing makes me sadface.

Also, sorry if I offended you Zumi. I just like having a guy to poke fun at every now and then. :P

My friend is also doing picks with me (not on this forum, though, I don't want to post his picks, unless you really want me to :P), and I usually keep track of my record with him, since I'm doing the same picks I do here, and he said that I was like 7-2 through the early games, I think.

Just wanted to bring that up. Brewers, you're going down.
