This is basically going to be a season log when Rev Davis retires. He is going to retire at 39. He is going to form a team at 45.

So, are there two separate Rev's or did you simulate ahead to his retirement?

Either way, we haven't really had any decent logs on retirement, so this should be good.

This is after Rev's retirement. I tried posting the first part of the story yesterday but he website started having technical difficulties. I'll post it today or tommorow.

There will be backstories on my success players, not to long not Too Short (because he's a rapper)

Rev was ready for it. He had been out of the MLB for 6 years after retiring and was on his way to the Hall the next year. He had left the MLB with a statement, forever changing the game. He had become a role model for aspiring athletes. Many renounced him the greatest of all time, better than a Willie Mays or a Babe Ruth. It seemed that he only got better with age. Even after his retirement, he still needed a taste of baseball.

He was married to his high school sweetheart Emma. They live in the finest of mansions.* Emma had been able to retire at the age of 34 while Rev was persuing his Hall of Fame career. They have and still are living the good life, never having to worry about funds, having millions lying around. That when Rev got his big idea.

On October 10, 2034, Rev scheduled an appointment with Bud Selig, sadly still commisioner. A month later, Rev marched into Bud's office with a request.

"Hello Bud," said Rev as he walked into the room, casually dressed.
"Hello Rev," said the commish, dressed in a fine black suit. "Long time no see!"
"Too long. That's why I've come here today."
"How so?"
"Well, this may be hard to believe, but I want to create my own baseball team"
"HA HA HA!"
But Rev wasn't laughing. He hadn't scheduled an interview to laugh. He hadn't been here to make jokes. He had been serious. Serious as a heart attack.
"You aren't joking," Bud said after calming himself down.
"No I am not. I really want this to happen. I just can't take myself away from the game. It's been like this ever since I retired. I've watched games hoping that one day I can be apart of it all again."
"Well this is a big decision. Even if I do say yes, we will only be stuck with 31 teams."
"I knew that you would say that. I have a friend that is also interested in creating a team. He has also played. A mister De La Cruz."
"Jason? He want's to be a part of this?"
"Yes sir. He too cannot pull himself away for the rest of his life. We have all of the plans mapped out. The players, stadiums, you name it."
"Well I'll have to think about it. It will take some time."
"Times all I've got."

Authors Note: What do you guys think?

The next update may be next Sunday because I have to unlock Rainbow Stadium or whatever it's called. That also gives me time to create new success players. Speaking of which if you would like to, send me your PS2 Success Players (2008)

Good job!

Are you going to continue the Life Log, or just do this one?

Looks good. Hopefully I'll have some time this week to get players up, if not, you should be fine without me.

I'm still doing to Life Log. This is just a side project for when I get a little bored with the Life log. I update on the weekends. If with time on my side Saturday Life log, Sunday Season. I don't want these to take up my whole weekend. A month with the Life Log is about an hour. A game is about 20 minutes. It all depends on my schedule.

This week, I may have three months of Rev. I don't think I'm going to have time to do a season log because I am going to be trying to get more success players. So don't go crazy if you see no log. BUT... I will give a player backstory.

Larry Bernandez:
Larry is the clone of Felix Hernandez. He was cloned when at the start of 2011. The story was that Felix had just pitched and wanted to pitch the next day and get the same results. He cloned himself and created Larry, but Eric Wedge wouldn't fall for it. So there was a Larry and a Felix. Larry stayed on the team without being found out until now.

Abilities (estimated as I don't want to turn on my PS2)
B Control
B Stamina
82 MPH
4 Knuckleball
1 Curve
2 Knucklecurve

I will be completing Jerry sometime soon.
