I have heard all three of those groups, and they're meh to me.

However, I /have/ found enough artists that I reached 300 on my iTunes before school started. Here's #300:

There used to be a Broadway show called "Avenue Q", in which the actors used puppets. Most of the songs are upbeat and funny, but there's a couple that are pretty deep. Here's an example of each:

Everyone's A Little Bit Racist

There's A Fine, Fine, Line

Anyone who doesn't like either version of that song... I just don't know.

I like the acoustic version too for some reason... heard it a few months ago and thought it was really good.

Here's a classic... in its own way, maybe. I dunno.

Ruh-ro, maccrash music rant

Ocean Breathes Salty - Modest Mouse
Surprisingly deep lyrics. Love the song.
Colours - Grouplove
This song is just fantastic.
Crystal Vases - The Last Royals
Great Strokes-esque song.
Unconditional - The Bravery
"I wonder why the easiest things are so hard" is a great lyric with a lot of meaning. Also, it's a shame 2Pac is pretty much the only thing that shows up when you search the word "unconditional". I love this song, though.

I love the latter 3 songs. The Bravery is one of my all-time favorite bands.

This song is fantastic. Enough said.

Wow. That song was fantastic. You're right. xD

Here's a good song that I've stumbled upon browsing through the iTunes free stuff of the week:
Born Alone - Wilco
I had heard of this band before this single, but never really heard anything by them. And I must say, I was blown away.
