The Royals would break a scoreless tie in the top of the fourth when with runners on the corners Mark Reynolds hits an RBI base hit. Then, in the next inning, Matthews Jr. would get a 2 RBI double with the bases loaded to make it 3-0. Then Prince Fielder would hit a 3-run home run to make it 6-0. Then, the next batter, Carlos Lee, would hit a home run to go back-to-back. Then, in thetop of the seventh, Fielder hits his second home run of the game to make it 8-0.

Remote thrown -> fast game. :P

Huff: Knocked in come-from-behind run with hit in bottom of the 8th inning

The scoring began in the bottom of the fifth, when with a runner on second, Delucchi of the Mariners gets a RBI single. Then, Matt Kemp gets an RBI double to make it 2-0. The, an RBI single from Chase Utley makes it 3-0. But, the Snakes don't give up. In the next frame, Dan Uggla hit a solo shot with 2 outs to make it 3-1. The Snakes then go back-to-back on another solo shot, this time from Jhonny Peralta. Then, after a double from Rodriguez, Corey Hart hits him home to tie it up with another double. Then, Richie Sexson would step in to make it 5-3 with a two run home run. The Mariners, in the next frame, would make it 5-4 with a Barrett RBI base hit. But, the Mariners would turn it around in the bottom of the eighth with a two-run double from Aubrey Huff to make it 6-5. But, the Snakes couldn't even tie it up, as Jason Michaels will strike out with a runner on third to end the game.

The scoring began early, after a Reed Johnson leadoff double in the top of the first, Dan Uggla hits him home with an RBI triple to jump out to an early 1-0 lead. They manage to make it 2-0 with the next batter, as Jhonny Peralta grounds out, but grabs an RBI in the process. But, the Tigers will get it all back with one swing as Carlos Pena hits a two run home run off the foul pole in right to make it 2-2. Then, in the bottom of the fourth, Taguchi comes up and hits a two-RBI base hit with the bases loaded. Then, Carlos Pena gets another two-RBI double to make it 6-2. Then, in the next inning, Lastings Milledge gets an infield base hit with runners on the corners to make it 7-2. Then, Thrower would make it 8-2 with another base hit. Tulowitzki would then get an RBI double to make it 9-2. That's all either team would get, as the Tigers win 9-2.

Then, The Mariners tie it up on an Ordonez RBI single with runners on second and third, 1-1 now. The Mariners would then turn things around in their favor with an RBI base hit from Morneau to make it 2-1. But then, in the bottom of the third, the Snakes come back: Jhonny Peralta gets a two-RBI double with runners on 2nd and 3rd to take the lead, and then Ivan Rodriguez gets a double of his own to make it 4-2. Then, in the next inning, Reed Johnson gets an RBI ground out with runners o 1st and 3rd. Then, in the top of the fifth, Morneau gets an RBI ground out of his own with the bases loaded to make it 5-3. And then, Aubrey Huff gets a two-RBI base hit to tie it up at 5. Then, Pablo Ozuna hits a go-ahead base hit to make it 6-5. That would be the end of the day for Jeremy Guthrie. And then, PPFan delivers an RBI base hit of his own to make it 7-5. Then, in the bottom of the fifth, Corey Hart would get an RBI double with runners on second and third to tie the lead at 7.
The Mariners would end up taking the lead in the top of the sixth on a Huff base hit, 8-7. The Mariners extend their lead to two in the seventh. The Snakes would get one run back in the next frame from a Sexson base hit. But that's all either team would get in this slugfest, as the M's win, 9-8.

Hmm... is Iribarren in any sort of significant role? Do we have another 2B that could back up instead? What are the ERA's of Linebrink, Grilli, and Marte? Are Rivera's breaking pitches any good? Am I asking too many questions? I would like all of these questions to be answered before I make a decision. :P
