I've got 4 players done, and some questions,
1. Should we somehow choose players for an all-star game mid-season?
2. Should PPj be in the league?
3. Should we do a 3-game series between 1st and 2nd place teams at the end?

1. Depends how long the season is.
2. Might as well be, we went through the trouble to get him a team.
3. I'd prefer 5 or more games, but if it's 3 games or nothing, then do 3 games.
