Slugfest results in 13-6 Powerfuls win:
Neither starting pitcher did particularly well, but Halladay still managed to pitch a complete game for the Powerfuls. Between both teams there was a total of 8 home runs, 5 of them from the Powerfuls. The Powerfuls jumped out to an early lead, and Guerrero left the game early on an injury as he was caught stealing second. A Prince Fielder 3 run home run for the Jammers in the 6th inning got it to a score of 6-5 Powerfuls, but that's the closest they would get, as Prince Fielder hit a 3 run home run for the Powerfuls in the next half-inning, and that's all the insurance they would need.

Jammers win 6-5 on walkoff after leading 4 times:
The Jammers were able to take an early lead in the second inning, the Powerfuls wouldn't tie it until the fourth inning. Later in the same inning, the Jammers retook the lead, only to have the Powerfuls tie it in the next inning. In the seventh inning, Bobby Jenks was put in as a relief to starting pitcher R.Flores. In 2/3 of an inning he allowed 2 runs before being replaced by Terminator. The Powerfuls still managed to tie it with 2 runs the next inning. In the bottom of the inning, the normally strong closer Terminator gave up an inopportune home run in the giant ball park, hit by the Jammers B.J.Upton. F.Rodriguez was brought in to save the game for the Jammers, he'd been lights out all year, an ERA near an unreal 0.5. Even he could not close out the inning as the Powerfuls tied it again. In the bottom of the ninth, sloppy fielding turned a leadoff single into a double. After that, Cano swung wildly at a pitch out of the strike zone, his bat broke but the ball flew slowly, perfectly placed around center field, allowing H.Ramirez to just barely get into home safely. Cano said it isn't the way you look to win, but obviously he will take it. This interesting series will conclude tomorrow, the expected pitcher matchup is Luke Johnson (11-0) against Jake Peavy (7-5), whether it will be a blowout like the first game or a very close game like the second, is something we'll have to wait and see.
