jeez all the teams I'm rooting for are going down the cellar. The Twins, Reds, Rangers and Braves are all either eliminated or close to be. I guess I can hope for a Rays/Giants World Seires that the Giants win

I've always been a fan of them, even when they were bad, REALLY bad.
I'm not the biggest fan of the Phillies though, the fans there are too crazy.

And am in the same situation with Philadelphia fans (at least some of them) like in that football game when they cheered when someone got hurt. That made me lose all respect for them.

LET IT BE STATED: I have nothing against people from Philadelphia, rather I dislike how they root for their teams. I love Philadelphia as a city!

I would prefer Texas win the ALDS, but if the Rays win, I want them to go all the way this year.

I was rooting for the Twins, but they are gone, so now its the Giants, then Rays.

I'm trying not to fool myself. Phillies-Yankees again, probably.

I would like to see Phillies-Rangers, so Cliff Lee could face his old team.

Well the Giants beat the Braves last night to head to the NLCS so we will see a Phillies/Giants NLCS. not what I would have liked but it's the best possible matchup and it's Lincecum vs Halladay in game one I was also sad to see Bobby Cox go. it must have been sad for him but at least he went out at home

Tonight is the first LDS game 5 I've ever seen. Rangers @ Rays. could the Rangers really blow a 2-0 series lead?

and home field advantage has meant NOTHING

Home teams are just: 4-10

and home teams in the Rangers/Rays series are 0-4

Giants/Rays series, though I wouldn't MIND the Rangers. Just not the Phils or Yanks, they've been here before and too recently. (Plus, they're the Yanks. Duh. )

Rangers win 5-1 to go to their first LCS ever!! It's absolutely amazing how some pitchers are unstoppable in the postseason. Lee threw a complete game striking out 11

So it'll be a Yankees/Rangers ALCS with Texas getting home field advantage.

And it could be the last run for a few years for Tampa as they are very likely to lose Soriano, Pena and Crawford this offseason

That's a darn shame...
