A few personal tips from myself:

-DON'T SPAM!!! I cannot stress this enough. In order to gain respect on here you must learn to make meaningful posts. I give a certain amount of leanencey to new members as we all take time to mature on here from what I've seen, but trust me, its more important than you think. For more information, look here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3294&start=0&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&hilit=spam . This is a topic created by the DrMario, and gives some good ideas on how to stop spam.

-Ask, and you will be answered. The "vets" here know their Power Pros and can help you with almost any issue in the game, and give you advice on the various modes. You can poke around some of the 2008 topics to find some pretty neat stuff about the game too.

-Season logs, whether it be for Power Pros or other games, are very popular and are a fun way to be active. Chose a team, any team :lol:

-The Games, although they are basicly spam topics, are actualy quite fun to play IF you and the others are creative with your answers. Otherwise its a real bore (see last few posts of the "Your Banned" topic)

One thing I want to get striaght, MaddenTalk is NOT our sister site. It's not even started by our founder Darkshade!

But regarding your question a user that went on only briefly (he goes by the name of "mackdunnie") made it for me, he is/was a graphic designer, and was going to make a site about Power Pros, too bad he never got around to it...

). Others may note that I'm the leading poster, but posts don't really matter on here.

Anyways, you look like quite a good guy, so glad to have you on here. As others have said, this site has fallen on sorta hard times, what with no new American PP games and people tending to spam and get into arguments, but right now it seems to have calmed a bit.

Everything's basically been covered, so just ask someone if you need anything, and if you want any help with anything, PM me and I'll be happy to answer... depending on the question, of course. :lol:

And if I come off as cocky, a lot of times that's just a joke. I think being narcissistic works really well for humor if people know you're joking and not actually a pompous douche, so... yeah.

Though I'm not really as good at PP as everyone else here, I can still help out sometimes if you need it. Yeah, everyone's covered everything pretty much. I'd just like to elaborate a little on spam (How many times have we used that word now? :lol:

) Just avoid making 1-word posts that don't have to be said. For example, "ok" "yeah" "whatever." And don't post back-to-back in the same topic a few minutes apart. We have a handy dandy edit button for that. :wink:

And unlike sjax, I have horrible taste in music! :mrgreen:

I'll give an intro if everyone else is. I'm redsfan, and I joined a month and a half ago. That makes me the third newest active member. I didn't make a great impression, but the members respect me a bit more now. I spend most of my time on the music thread, and like Sjax, I'm a music addict. I spend a lot of time playing power pros, and can make pretty good success guys w/o saving and reloading. Well, that's about it. Enjoy PPWorld!

Well, I am Powerprosfan31, I joined in August of last year, when the site was declining. I would hope that I am a respected member of the forum, and try my best to keep people informed of the Japanese baseball and Power Pros world (with my season log, and other news on the Power Pros front in Japan).
