Berkman is actually more of a line drive guy.

I guess you would know better than I would, I just remember hearing him in a lot of home run conversations, and such.

yeah but when he hits it, he hits it far

i love when he hits a homer cause he just lays the bat down on home plate like a gentlemen, he doesn't throw the bat like a jerk

Yeah. There was a really good article in the Houston Chronicle on him. It was so good that they republished it in Baseball Digest last month as well.

How many RBI do you think Hamilton will finish the season with? I say around 140-150.

I guess I'll be specific, too. I'm going to guess one shy of 150: 149.

I'll go with 153.He'll hit a 427 foot two run homer in the sixth inning of the second last game to tie the score at 4.

Is it possible to be more specific than that?Besides listing every RBI in every game and every inning. Besides I don't even know much about him I'm just taking a huge guess here.

My only concern is that he has never played a full big league season, even last year in Cincy I think he only played in like 102 games. He was a bit dinged up before the all-star break, so the question will be how well his body holds up in the Texas heat as the season wears on. The Rangers played a ton on the road in the first half so they will be home for the majority of games in the second half. Even night games in Texas are miserably hot :)

So I'll go conservative and say 135, but hoping he blows that away.

Yeah, he got injured in the on deck circle last year swinging the bat...so he is a little fragile, I hope he does keep this going because he became on of my favorite players last year while he was in cincy and I went to a lot of games just to see him play. I was devistated when the reds traded him, I was hoping I could go and watch him a lot during his career.
