Oh. Guillen has 12, and Johnson only has 3 so far.

Teahen Returns from DL

Mark Teahen, who went on the disabled list back on April 26, returns today with two games left in May and in a tight race for the division between the Indians and the Royals. Teahen is fully recovered and is excited to get back in the starting lineup to help the team in any way possible.

May in Review

The month of May wasn't as good as April for the Royals, but it was good enough that they didn't fall too far behind. The Royals went 14-14, exactly .500 for May and are 32-23 overall on the season, three games behind the Indians in first place. Guillen continues to be hot with the bat, now with fourteen homers on the season and thirty-nine batted in. Of the three offseason acquisitions for the Royals, Kelvim Escobar is doing the best, leading the team in ERA and innings pitched. He has a 2.87 ERA in 69 innings pitched, along with two complete games, one of which being a shutout. Soria also continues to do well, now with eighteen saves in nineteen chances. While it was not a bad month for the Royals, May was also not a good month, and let's hope they can be over .500 for June, and also draft some good young talent.
