A brief summary of my trip to Hawaii.

I did NOT stay at a fancy hotel by the beach, I stayed with my grandma.
I slept on the floor (OK, I had a futon, a pillow, and a sheet, but that's it).
The water from Grandma's sink tastes AWFUL unless it's cold.
I love Hawaiian Juice! Guava, Strawberry Guava, Pineapple Orange, Passion Orange, and POG!
My cousin got grounded, so we didn't get to spend much time with her and her brother.
Kailua is the greatest beach ever.
I saw quicksilver at Waimea Bay.
The voice on our GPS is Australian.
He adds an r onto words that end with an a. "Arriving at Grandmar Ethel."
He can't pronounce Hawaiian words. (Cammyhameeha Highway?)
My sister did the volleyball camp at the University of Hawaii.
Which team name is manlier? The Tulips or the Rainbows?
Les Murakami Stadium =/= Rainbow Beach.
Maybe RB is based on the UH softball field.
We're related to everyone in Hawaii. (The shuttle bus driver at the airport knew someone related to us!)
130 of those relatives came to Auntie Leslie and Uncle David's open house.
Auntie Lei is recovering well from her stomach cancer.
Uncle Ted is as weird as ever.
We went through some old pictures and found 12-year-old Mom in wacky 70s pants!
Mom's Australian friend, Auntie Judy, came for 3 days.

I borrowed her laptop to brag to my friends on Facebook.
Apparently, everyone in Australia has green treefrogs living in their toilets.
They're filming Pirates of the Caribbean 4 near Grandma's house.
They filmed parts of the last 2 episodes of Lost on my cousins' farm.

The overnight flight back home lasted 11 hours!
Only one of those hours was spent sleeping!
I have to run cross country tomorrow!
