And congrats on the perfecto. My only no-no was with an "Edit Player" pitcher with maxed-out stats and all abilities, in Exhibition mode, on "Rookie" settings, against the Padres, with my moods at "Best" and the Padres' at "Worst." I did that on a whim once, just to see if I could get it on the first shot. I didn't.

I'm glad I got my two draft picks signed for a couple years. I wanted to keep Greinke, but his asking salaray was WAY too steep. I'm sad to see Bannister leave. I was trying ANYTHING to get him to sign a contract, but he walked away.

Royals Sign IF Felipe Lopez
The Royals have signed free agent Felipe Lopez to a 2 year/2500 point contract. Lopez is expected to be the everyday second baseman for the Royals with the retirement of veteran Mark Grudzielanek. This is the first offseason acquisition for the Royals this off season, and it may be the only.

anyway, I think you should have picked up a few free agents to beef up your lineup. Your pitching is amazing, and your offense is equally not amazing.

750 isn't steep. That's how much I thought he was worth, and how much I offered him. He was asking for close to 3,000. He was asking for more than his previous salary when he had worse stats this year than last.
