Over the past couple of months, the only sport I've been watching was hockey, so I really don't care who win the NBA finals. And the Cubs are really making it hard for me to stay optimistic, especially when D-Lee makes back-to-back errors

Yeah I wouldn't be watching much of the NBA Finals, if the Celtics weren't in it

But the Celtics played unbelievably awful last night and for just the 2nd time in 16 years, the Finals will have a Game 7(I've never seen a Game 7 championship game before, for any sport). The Celtics played SO bad last night that I have almost no faith tomorrow night, I can just cheer and hope.

Having the Knicks as my team makes it pretty hard to care about basketball, especially when they trade away their best player, Nate Robinson.

And the Nets don't give me much of an alternative....

Yes, I actually watch it each year.

I've never seen a championship for a Game 7 before, as long as its not a blowout(I pray it's not) then it will be exciting but for me it will be nerve racking but all I can say is:

Also I'm going to the Red Sox/Dodgers game Friday. For people that don't know its Manny's first game back to Fenway. I don't know what to do, probably boo because I'll be with people that hate him because of his crap. It's also the day right after Game 7, so we better win, I don't want any Dodgers/Lakers fans there that will give us crap about the Celtics when we're just beginning to get over a game 7 loss.

Yesterday when I went to the Cubs game there were tons of Angels fans, which was kinda weird

Same. I went to the Red Sox game with a TON of dodgers fans who were loud. they were good about the Lakers beating us though but there were so many of them in the bleachers

And Manny got booed very badly, it was a good game though

Dear God... Zambrano got pulled in the first... then he yelled at all his teammates... and of all people, Derrek Lee yelled back... and of all people... Lou Piniella DIDN'T yell back. WHAT IS WRONG WITH US THIS YEAR?!?!?!?

But I saw Zambrano pitch, and he looked incredibly lethargic. His windup was obviously different than what it was back when he was sorta decent. His fastest strike was only 91 mph, and his fastest pitch was 94. Not bad, except that pitch sailed to the backstop. You guys need to trade him/designate him for assignment. He's definitely not performing up to that huge contract. I can give him a bit of leeway, as they were facing a hot White Sox team. But still, his decline is becoming more and more evident.

Edwin Jackson just threw a no-hitter against the Rays! It took him almost 150 pitches!
