Went to a minor league baseball game today. The 3rd baseman made a great diving stop... then threw the ball into the 1st base stands! :laff:

Well I'm in Florida right now and it's amazing how many people notice you if you have Boston sports shirts on and stuff

When I got into Florida I got greeted with, "go Rays!" since I had a Red Sox shirt on. Then on a lot of occasions I'd get guys with Yankees hats on saying "go yankees!" because of red sox shirts. Then I was wearing a Tom Brady jersey and I passed on a guy with a Peyton Manning shirt and we I said Go Patriots and he said Go Colts or something like that. Then to watch the Bruins game I went to a place that had it, only to have 2 Sabres fans there(the bruins and sabres are playing eachother in the playoffs right now) and watched the last 4 minutes there where the Bruins lost

The Sabres fans were happy though :roll:

Being a New Englander makes things interesting when you come to Florida..

Funny, I've worn my Mets stuff in San Francisco, Florida, Arizona, Massachusetts (Cape Cod and Boston) and Colorado and Montreal and Connecticut and New Jersey and just about every place I've ever been too, even Bermuda I think. Nobody has ever said anything to me except once this guy on a cruise ship asked me who my favorite player was, because he liked the Mets too.

Both times I've been to a Redskins game, I've worn my Steven Jackson jersey.
Both times, I've received good-natured heckling from the home fans.
There was one time two years ago where my mom (wearing her Darrell Green jersey) and I were walking up to the stadium and a lady said "Hey, didn't you raise your kid right?"
Last time, my mom forgot something in the car, so I ran back to get it, and a guy walking to the stadium said "You better run with that jersey!" :lol:

It's all in good fun, though. I remember when we beat the Redskins, I was getting high-fives from all the Rams fans that were at the game. (Though I did get one from a Cowboys fan. Boo!)

Living in Louisana,pure Saints fan,Patriot fan is me of course.Soo one year in the parade at my sis' high school,The football team saw me,and They PEGGED me with Candy,I mean everyone threw it at me,even the guys who werent facing me turned and threw candy at me.
Sucks for them cause I got alot of candy :twisted:

EDIT:Is this a good Logo for my Louisana Eagles teams guys?

Sorta copying the Philadelphia Eagles' logo, but not bad.

Today, I got my schedule confirmation sheet in the mail for 10th grade.
Turns out they want me to skip Arabic 1 and go straight to Arabic 2. :lol:

I'm just that smart, apparently. :wink:

So, today I had a day off from school, saw Carlos Silva and the Cubs pwn the Astros live in person, and ate Chinese food for dinner. Pretty good day!

P.S. My fortune cookie said "It's time to complete some unfinished business." I think the cookies know that I've procrastinated my book report for 3 weeks. :shock:

One time I was at a K-Wings hockey game, I was sitting behind the opposing teams fans, and when one of the K-Wings players came out of the penalty box, I did the dumbest decision of my life. I accidentally said, after the PA said K-Wings at full strength (accidentally, mind you) "And they still suck! Woo!" I felt like an idiot, and one of the opposing team's fans in front of me almost gave me a high-five. I clapped everytime a Wings player came out of the box from there on in. :oops:

why arabic???

because i heard from a friend that the chinese teacher sucked, and i didn't want to take a super easy language like Spanish or French, and I have no interest in Latin or German.
Plus, Dubai's sick. :wink:

I wish I went to a school that let you pick languages, mine only teaches English and French, and you have to take both.
