2. The league has no real system to help their guys, and no good financing
3. No fines means you can break the rules whenever you want.

Has anyone downloaded cel's user script yet? I just did, and from what i've seen so far, it's extremely helpful in getting the players you want.

i played 32 games so far in the regular seasons. Does the spring training count.
