Well, as long as no one steals him, Clarence Fair will be the most talented pitcher on the Rockstars pitching staff. The great thing about him is that he's only 23!

http://www.simyard.com/players/profile.php?player_id=418360

Fair will definitely be the ace of the future. However, he will have much more talent to back him up. Here's how my future pitching staff will look like:

1) Clarence Fair
2) Phillip Causey
3) Palmer Chambers
4) Anthony Morris
5) Raymond Kozak
Closer: Randall Hudson

Preview of the 1920 Alaska Bears

The 1919 Alaska Bears finished with a 121-124 record, their most ever wins in a season. They finished in a respectable position in the Park Standings. This year, under a new coaching staff, the Alaska Bears will seak a .500 finish with a 48 SoS. Their last .500 finish was years ago and now, under new players, the Alaska Bears should win at least 100 games this season.

Their pitching staff has greatly improved since their 1st year in the league. Their ace is new Spring Training pick up Brian Chow. Almost all the previous year's starter's reclaimed their spots in the starting 5 of the rotation. However, 23 year old Len Sutton has surged through spring training an will be in te number 4 hole if the season started now. Their bullpen didnt change much, but the same people are still there. Some have improved into 40/40 or 40/50 players while other youngsters remain at 30/40. This bullpen has great potential only if they train well and let raw talent go to waste.

The 1919 Alaska Bears were a horrible offensive team, but with new addition 3B John Mayo their offense certainly has a boost. The same players have remained from the previous year, but vast improvement to the bottom of the lineup is a great spark to get late game rallies and such. Though their pitching is predicted to have a better season then their offense, but hopefully the offense will be able to come through in clutch situations. This young team certainly has a hopeful future, but if they are unable to train well, the Alaska Bears might as well seize to exist.

We shall wish the 1920 Alaska Bears good luck as they vast into new adventures.

How exciting! We all seem to be getting better. If some of my key players weren't stolen I would be in really good shape right now, but I still think I can finish at least .500 this year.

SJax Baseball Clubs Association Official Season Preview

Scrubs Hunters:
The two-time Champions League semifinalists and 1918 runners-up, the team has moved way up to the Frontier League. They made a few key signings, such as Nathan Hinojosa (99-66-10) and Travis Romero (99-52-4) to solidify the rotation, and batters like Leroy Moore (57-81-21) and James Kincaid (83-52-25) to aid the lineup. Their weakness may be their still evolving young bullpen, but a trade or two may change that.
Prediction:
100-62, 8 seed in playoffs, loss in 4 games in wild card round.

Clarence's Random Questions:
Named after the famous pilot from Airplane! ("So Joey, have you ever been in a Turkish prison?"), the AAA affiliates of the Hunters are raring to go in the newly-formed Metropolitan League. With many additions from the Hunters of 1919 and some new signings, these guys have a real shot at a finals appearance and maybe the Metro's first championship.
Prediction:
103-59, 3 seed, Runners-up

Keyboard Cats:
Dubbed for the YouTube sensation, these Cats are ready to play the competition off (if you've seen the vids, you know what I mean).
With a younger lineup, younger relievers and the same great core of SP's, there is a good chance they compete for a playoff spot. If they can add a new 2B and a couple young prospects, they could make it to the third round, with a little luck, of course. The key will be their bullpen's ability to pitch in close games and their batters' ability to hit against the top teams.
Prediction:
#50 seed in playoffs, loss in 1st round.

He is the fourth right fielder I've had in 2 years.

Gary Arthur played for me for the second half of 1918, and through the first half of 1919.

Something Valencia replaced Arthur as a younger, fast hitter.

Michael Gill I got yesterday, he was supposed to replace Valencia.

And this new guy I got today.

Poor Gill never had a chance.

I wish I could start Gill at first base or third....

I just faced a scrub team, and little Austin Carter was the ONLY first baseman who could get a single hit! Chris Mason and William Carlson failed all over the place.
