Today was an all-city meet. There were TWELVE schools there! 196 runners and that was just the boys race. The course was only 1.7 miles this time, so I was aiming for 16 minutes, maybe 15:30. This was my actual time:

In my last class i learn about the russian military, spetnaz. I wonder which army is more powerful, but the spetnaz has a tougher trainning.

Hey guys it's been forever since I've posted around these forums. I've been running cross country at the High School for two years now, and yesterday's meet time for me was 19:34, we run 5 kilometers for ours meets(3.1miles) so I'm pretty dang proud. Still placed 3rd though, heh.
