I'm glad I stopped doing cross country and track. Track's not so bad, but if conflicts with baseball season, and baseball beats track for me ANY day.

I'm gonna be worked hard soon. If I'm serious about baseball which I am, I'm gonna have to do training every weekday for about 2 hours somewhere, I'm gonna have a baseball game a few times a week and I have to take 100 swings a day in front of my mirror to try and make my swing better. Even though it sounds like hard work, I'm excited

I was the same way last year. I didn't make the team, but I worked harder than I ever have simply because I love baseball, and I would get home close to 6:00 every day after practice and crash on my bed from exhaustion, but then I'd get up the next day and do the same thing the next day.
